The villa , very well built with high material is located in one of the most amazing place of the Calabria west coasts, also awarded as the most beautiful beach in the world, Capo Vaticano. The small town where has been built called San Nicola di Ricadi.
The house is surrounded of a beautiful well made garden, also with avocado trees and annoni trees, incredible to believe. The property has also a small vegetable garden just next a outside electric and wood oven used for many dinners and party. Also, a jacuzzi pool is outside from where you enjoy the fantastic panoramic sea view.
The house is split in 2 levels and a spacious roof terrace with fabulous views of the landscape. From everywhere of the house you can get the an extraordinary view of the all Eoliand islands, Stromboli, Vulcano , Panarea, and also of the Etna Vulcan and so the corner of Sicily. What can I say..
I believe this house is a dream came true.
At the ground floor there is an extended veranda with table, lounge with built-in furniture along a wine cellar. Also a fireplace. The modern kitchen is also built-in with high technologies. All Samsung branded. A tip , if you like row fish the freezer has got the ‘blast department’. The oven is auto cleaned. For us women is a great things.
Same floor there is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. At the moment one bed is used as office. From the stairs we go upstairs leading to a spaciuos lounge and terrace .
. One bedroom that faces the sea , has got a walk in guardarobe and a en-suite bathroom. Then, the master bedroom with a spacioud room guardarobe and stylished bathroom , Versace brand, with emotional shower.
All the rooms have great lights and one bedroom has an independent entrance from the garden
From the gate you go directly to the garage.
The owners has got the authorisation to build the pool in a piece of land just bought for that use..The vendor would like to start the work unless if you like the house he will wait to discuss about it once you may like to do by yourself,
La villa, molto ben costruita con materiali di alta qualità, si trova in uno dei luoghi più suggestivi della costa occidentale della Calabria, premiata anche come la spiaggia più bella del mondo, Capo Vaticano. La piccola città dove è stato costruito si chiama San Nicola di Ricadi.
La casa è circondata da un bellissimo giardino ben fatto, anche con alberi di avocado e alberi annoni, incredibile da credere.
La proprietà ha anche un piccolo orto proprio accanto a un forno elettrico e a legna esterno utilizzato per molte cene e feste. Inoltre, una piscina jacuzzi è fuori da dove si gode la fantastica vista panoramica sul mare.
La casa è divisa in 2 livelli e una spaziosa terrazza sul tetto con una favolosa vista sul paesaggio. Da ogni parte della casa si può avere una vista straordinaria di tutte le isole Eolie, Stromboli, Vulcano, Panarea, e anche dell’Etna Vulcano e quindi l’angolo della Sicilia. Cosa posso dire..
Credo che questa casa sia un sogno diventato realtà.
Al piano terra c’è una veranda estesa con tavolo, salotto con mobili da incasso lungo una cantina. Anche un camino. La cucina moderna è anche integrata con tecnologie avanzate. Tutti i marchi Samsung. Un consiglio, se ti piace il pesce fila il freezer ha il ‘reparto esplosione’. Il forno è pulito automaticamente. Per noi donne è una grande cosa.
Lo stesso piano c’è 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Al momento un letto è usato come ufficio. Dalle scale saliamo al piano superiore che conduce ad un ampio salone e terrazza.
. Una camera da letto che si affaccia sul mare, ha una passeggiata in guardarobe e un bagno en-suite. Poi, la camera da letto matrimoniale con un guardarobe spazialeud room e un bagno curato, marchio Versace, con doccia emozionale.
Tutte le camere hanno grandi luci e una camera da letto ha un ingresso indipendente dal giardino
Dal cancello vai direttamente al garage.
I proprietari hanno ottenuto l’autorizzazione per costruire la piscina in un appezzamento di terreno appena acquistato per quell’uso. Il venditore vorrebbe iniziare il lavoro a meno che, se ti piace la casa, aspetterà di discuterne una volta che vorresti farlo te stesso
